PISONUS (“we”, “our”, “us”) makes PISONUS OS and this website, pisonus.com. This policy says what we collect when you visit the site, write to us or run PISONUS OS, and what we do with it.

1. Information we collect

  • This site: nothing. No cookies, no analytics; its fonts and images are served from pisonus.com.
  • Email: if you write to [email protected], your address and your message.
  • PISONUS OS, always: when it checks for updates, its version and update channel. Once a week it is also counted anonymously, with its board model and no ID, so it cannot be told apart from any other PISONUS.
  • PISONUS OS, unless switched off in Settings › System: a random ID made on the device (a factory reset replaces it), its memory, storage, audio output and screen, and how its updates went.
  • Never sent to us: your name, your address, the board's serial number, or what you listen to.

2. How we use it

  • To offer each PISONUS the updates for its version and channel.
  • To count installs, see which boards and audio outputs are in use, and check that updates work.
  • To answer your email.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share this information. Accounts you add to PISONUS OS for music services are stored on your device, not on our servers.

4. Cookies and logs

This site sets no cookies. Our servers record the country an update check comes from, never its address; their logs keep only the network, never the whole address.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the date at the top says when it last changed.
