1. Acceptance of terms

By using the site or installing PISONUS OS you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site or PISONUS OS.

2. PISONUS OS

• Free to download and use on your own Raspberry Pi, with no account and no registration.
• PISONUS's own software is proprietary: you may not copy, modify, sell or redistribute it. Third-party components keep their own licences, listed on the device.

3. Community integrations

Some features connect to third-party services through community software, not through agreements with those services. They are provided as they are and without support, may stop working at any time, and we take no responsibility for them.

4. Use restrictions

Do not use the site or PISONUS OS for anything unlawful, attack or overload our servers, or try to get updates or files not offered to your device.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and PISONUS OS are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

6. Changes to terms

We may change these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed, and using the site or PISONUS OS after a change means you accept it.
